We then went to the correct place after a $15 3 minute cab and dealt with 2 more unhelpful and unbothered ADO workers, telling us different things and making us wait an hour and a half for a bus to tulum only to say there were no more. We ended up buying tickets for the last bus to playa del carmen to be closer and had to cancel our hostel in Tulum. No complaints at all once we were on the bus, very comfy.
