The USB charging ports were not working! The port at my seat did not work so I switched rows and it still didn’t work :(

When I booked the bus the time said arrival in Dijon at 1:20 PM but when I got on the bus it was changed to 2:00, that 40 minute change corresponded to a 50 minute stop at a rest stop when we were less than 40 minutes from Dijon, I was frustrated that for the second time in a row with ouibus that the advertised time was different from the actual arrival time because of a roadside stop, if they are necessary stops for driver rest, that needs to be included in the advertised time, one cannot trust that they can make plans because who knows when the bus will actually show up
Based on 53 reviews, the company was rated 4.2 stars on Busbud. Travelers were especially satisfied with the cleanliness and the temperature but often complained with the wifi. TGV inOui ticket prices on this trip start at $18
