Bus was changed to a non- national express coach.
The bus driver didn’t seem familiar with where to drop people off and wrongfully announced ‘parkside’ at a stop that was around 15 mins before the actual place where we were supposed to be dropped off. As such, had to get another bus to get into the city centre. A dissapointing service from national express.

It was a little confusing to know if our tickets would work when the train changed but luckily it did. Beyond that it was pretty straightforward

The bus trip was good, but the overall travelling time was very long, with a 40 minute wait at Stansted... the driver was very friendly and the seat very comfortable it was almost impossible to find where the bus was. Almost missed the connection. No signs of buses other than local anywhere. Let alone, just a national express bus. Not good. Kind staff though.
