The bus arrived 90 minutes late meaning I waited outside in the rain without shelter for two hours. Rather than apologizing, the driver then did everything he could to stop me getting on the bus. He refused to speak English. Would not look at my ticket. I asked someone to translate and he refused to say where the bus was going. Only when I stood in front of my bus, marked London, my destination and took a photo, did he let me board and checked his phone. In England, now two hours late, I asked if I could alight in Folkestone to teach my destination on time. He said no. Then let another passenger off the bus there. It was so disgusting. The plus was the bus was nice and email customer services helpful on updating me on the late running service. 13 hours later I'm almost there.

The bus was 20 minutes late and we were beginning to wonder if we were scammed! When the driver arrived, he just pointed several times to the back of the bus for us to place our luggage then insisted he take our passports at the customs check point between France and England! When we asked him back for it after worrying that over an hour had passed, he kept it and yelled "It's not for me!". He drove recklessly, yelled at passengers on the bus and the entire thing was a terribly uncomfortable experience.

I booked for the bus leaving to London at 16:30 from Lille (1113). I have been in the coach station by 16:05. Since I haven’t seen my bus I asked your BlaBlabus staff assisting there repeatedly, they answered me repeatedly same “Wait your bus is late”. Finally I phoned office at around 17:25, he told me, my bus was gone & advised me to book again. I lost my £24 to book another ticket & I lost another £9 ticket from London to Birmingham as a consequence. I’m not satisfied in the service.
