Good driver comfortable ride.
The terminal was too far out of the city centre, would have preferred a choice of terminals. La Defence was difficult to get around with our heavy luggage as lots of lifts and escalators in the terminal were out of order, the terminal is poorly maintained. Signage was poor and there didn't seem to be any staff available to assist.

Other than a bit of a chaotic start in LeHarve, and at end, it was well worth it. Bus pulled into stop at bus/train terminal in LeHarve, driver got off, shut the bus down, shut the doors & left. This was at the supposed departure time. There seemed to be no organization as to boarding, despite fact that we had assigned seats. Luggage was haphazardly tossed in luggage belly of the bus. But once under way it was a pleasant ride. Even stopped about 1/2 way for a snack & potty break. Once in Paris, driver seemed to be in a heated discussion with a passenger, thus was no further help, i.e.,helping us locate a taxi. Language was understandably difficult, both ways. Bus was comfortable, but has seen better days. Driver was pleasant albeit a bit harried because of how the whole embarkation/debarkation process.

My bus didn't come at all. I bought tickets for 10:30 on September 2. I didn't have any information about it. At 11.30 there weren't any bus, and we went to Paris by train. It was very bad experience.
