We were really lucky to have a bus driver, who told us a lot about Vancouver and the surroundings. Thanks for not only a good journey but also interesting information!

Great journey with very helpful driver BUT directions to pick up point in Vancouver poor- indicated in block letters Waterfront Station but this proved not to be the case. Even the Vancouver Information desk in Canada Place couldn’t tell us where the bus stopped. Luckily a local resident had noticed the ‘Connector’ stopping by a Pizza restaurant and so we found the correct location, but purely by luck.
Customers have shared overwhelmingly positive experiences with the service, highlighting punctuality, friendly and professional drivers, and comfortable journeys. The buses are noted for being clean and spacious. Additionally, customer service is praised for its efficiency in handling booking changes smoothly. However, some users mentioned issues with non-functional Wi-Fi and chargers on board.

We’re supposed to get off only at Squamish. We’re seated at the very end of the bus that why we can’t barely hear the driver. When he dropped off the other two passengers, he didn’t even bother to call out people’s attention for the other two. We didn’t know that was already the stop. When I noticed we’re passed squamish, I walked to him. He just said sorry and ask me to return to my seat. We’ve reached Whistler and had to pay $130.00 for the taxi going back to squamish since the bus already full. He was even mad and told us it’s our responsibility, but we didn’t even if it’s already the stop. It would have been helpful if he walk to the end of bus and ask people.

Amazing. Bought an 11:30 ticket plane landed at 7:30 and the customer service was on point and able to move to the 8:30 shuttle which got me home much sooner!

The bus left on time, the driver was very friendly and I was very happy. Only two negative points are that the wifi is without internet and the chargers don‘t work
