Bus Tickets from Toronto to Western University

Route was unclear when booking. I wasn’t expecting stops when I booked and we were almost an hour late.

It was late but I received a notification about that. I didn't have a specific seat which said "any seat" But when more people got up in mississauga we have to move because they had specific seat The bus smells really bad like dirty

why the bus need to stoop at the middle of the trip for 15 mins (most of people sitted inside and waiting for driver) at the resting area?

Very disappointed. I wasn’t informed that the bus was canceled. I waited 35 minutes before calling the office and was informed that the bus was canceled and that an email notification was sent the evening prior. I received no such notification. So, I’m very disappointed and had to arrange alternative transportation.

The bus operator said that the bus was already cancelled but still I was able to select that bus two hours before departure.

It was poor. Bus was late. No Wi-Fi. No toilet. Smaller bus. Leg room was poor.

Bus was 45 munutes late. Driver did not put luggage in van and had terrible BO. Dropped us off at wrong lication. I showed him the location noted on ticket and refused to go there. Not impressed.

We booked and payed for leaving Pearson Airport at 19:25 on June 4th, 2025 arriving in London ON at 20:45. We left Pearson Airport at 20:31 and arrived (with No delay, never below 80 km/hour on the 401) at 22:08 at destination in London. We had certainly NOT been impressed with this service.

Bus to Toronto airport was late about 20 min. Return bus from airport to London at 20:55: I was waiting at zone P4 from about 19:40 and I did not see any bus with clear Intercity markings between 20:55 - 21:45. Then somebody called and asked me where I am. Connection was very poor (weak voice and very noisy outside). After few tries sms came informing me that bus is gone and next bus is after midnight. I am very unsatisfied with the service, why driver did not call/text me when bus was at the stop, I did not move anywhere from this location , I have broken rib and whole trip I have assistance from airlines and airports. Later on, message came that it wasn’t a bus but Mercedes Sprinter. Very unprofessional and poor customer service.

Megabus left early and was on a separate floor than I was aware of. Thank god for flixbus they allowed me on theirs and I got to London on time

The driver for May 4, 2025 715 pm trip was very pleasant. He took time explaining the bus' features, before leaving, apologized for the delay at the start and end of the trip, offered to let him know how else he can make our trip more comfortable -- amazing!

Kudos to our bus driver this morning for calling the attention of one passenger using her phone on loud speaker. The bus and the toilet was clean. I just hope that they could improve on the wifi connection though.

It was my first time using New York Trailways. I was going from Toronto to London Ontario. And this was the best trip. The seats are very comfortable. And I had a space for my legs to feel free. There was a working restroom, which is a big plus. I can't say anything about Wi-Fi, because I didn't use it. I was listening to music. And I want to add that the driver was also excellent. He helped me with my luggage. His attitude was positive. I enjoyed it a lot. Thanks for such a good trip

The bus was clean. The driver was courteous and professional. We reached on time.

Ran Late but that was a traffic issue not a driver issue. Air conditioning was acting up. As a result the temp wasn't the best.

Our bus broke down in the middle of our trip. Had to wait for 2 hours before another bus came to convey us to our destination. Not a pleasant experience for a first timer

Most incredible bus service I've been on. Everyone cares: there's an attendant that serves water and the atmosphere was very friendly. They truly care about customer service and it reminded me of when service matter. I will always recommend Red Arrow to anyone travelling by bus.

Everything was wonderful. The ladies ( the driver and the assistant) were very nice.

The bus cancelled on us and never notified us so we waited in the cold for an hour on Christmas Day missing Christmas dinner with our family

Needs easier ways to communicate and receive information. Too much guessing with the service to be provided.

My trip with OurBus was from Toronto (Front and York) to London, Ontario, with the final stop at the VIA Rail train station. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the bus did not stop at my intended destination, Western University behind Elgin Hall. I had planned my trip based on the location I booked, and this change caused significant inconvenience. I believe it's important for services like OurBus to maintain consistency with their stops, especially when passengers plan their trips based on the schedule and route they book. This experience was not acceptable.

I’m afraid there wasn’t a lot I was happy about. The driver was on his phone, the vehicle was old and has to go in the slow lane with hazards on as it was so slow.

Our experience was shockingly inadequate. After an international flight from Madrid we had anticipated the final homeward bus ride to be the least complex part of the trip. Told to be at terminal 1, pillar P4 15 minutes before our 5:05 p.m. bus - we followed instructions. By 5:30 there was no sign of the bus, so I checked messages and at 5:40 received one indicating the bus would be there by 5:35! There was no further communication from the company - nor did our bus ever arrive. At 6:45p.m. (Having waited outside in the cold for 2 hours) an alternative company also heading for London, Ontario was able to take us on board (at $40 each) and we arrived at our destination.

Bus did not show up. Or did not park where shown in the ticket. Had to book another bus casing a further two hours delay.

It was very convenient landing in toronto pearson going to the ground level with clear markings. The bus driver was polite and he got us there on time.

The bus arrived in good time. The bus driver was dressed appropriately, and he was courteous and professional. The only thing I missed was an announcement stating that we were on our way to London, Ontario. (We explored part of Mississauga on our way to the 401, and I was a but worried that we were going somewhere else, until I became fully aware that we were going towards London.) The driver drove the shuttle bus well, and I appreciated his service!

Really good travel experience, Felt luxurious because of the smaller bus that was more comfortable than a coach. The driver was on time, a great driver, and very courteous. The trip was quick and on time. Will definitely travel with them again!
