Every time I have taken this bus line, they have been minimum 30 minutes late. This is not normally an issue, as I have grown to accept it. However, when I am under the assumption I will be taking a "Bus" home and a mini-van that is covered in dust and smells like the inside of a dumpster shows up I get quite frustrated. I believe that advertising the service correctly should be required, and misleading the consumer that they are taking a "bus" when in reality it is either a Sprinter Shuttle or a mini-van is highly unethical. Not only that, but then when I finally arrive in my home city, having to switch from one cramped vehicle to another just to get to where I paid to go is exceptionally frustrating.

I did not see any value as I tried to call when the bus was late there was no answer and I was not able to see what my options are and if there were any other buses coming to switch the ticket

Your bus was delayed for 2 hours. No notices or anything. It actually said departed on the board! Major hassle for everyone waiting

The seats were much smaller than the ONEX bus, the driver wouldn't even talk to us when we asked a question, and the bus smelled.

My bus driver was very kind and patient, he treated everyone with respect and curtesy. The bus was wonderful and the drive was very smooth, comfortable, and fast! Well worth the price compared to any other bus line I’ve rode on.

Most incredible bus service I've been on. Everyone cares: there's an attendant that serves water and the atmosphere was very friendly. They truly care about customer service and it reminded me of when service matter. I will always recommend Red Arrow to anyone travelling by bus.

Excellent trip! Comfortable seat, complimentary snack, on time, driver and the lady are very nice and friendly.
Customers appreciate the simple check-in process and comfortable seats. However, there are consistent complaints about the bus being late for pick-up and arriving in London 1.5 hours behind schedule. Some suggest finding less congested routes to avoid delays. Additionally, some passengers mention a lack of outlets on the bus as an inconvenience during their journey. On a separate note, other customers report that despite affordable fares and quick travel times, they experienced noisy conditions with unpleasant odors from onboard toilets."

I’m afraid there wasn’t a lot I was happy about. The driver was on his phone, the vehicle was old and has to go in the slow lane with hazards on as it was so slow.

Our experience was shockingly inadequate. After an international flight from Madrid we had anticipated the final homeward bus ride to be the least complex part of the trip.
Told to be at terminal 1, pillar P4 15 minutes before our 5:05 p.m. bus - we followed instructions. By 5:30 there was no sign of the bus, so I checked messages and at 5:40 received one indicating the bus would be there by 5:35! There was no further communication from the company - nor did our bus ever arrive.
At 6:45p.m. (Having waited outside in the cold for 2 hours) an alternative company also heading for London, Ontario was able to take us on board (at $40 each) and we arrived at our destination.

Bus did not show up. Or did not park where shown in the ticket. Had to book another bus casing a further two hours delay.

The food was actually quite good on the ride, the server was as good as can be for working solo. I was disappointed I couldn't figure out where the business lounge was at Union Station.

The bus was very comfortable and the driver was very helpful. The only thing was, the AC was on while it was cold at night.

They almost left me behind after I had told them that exact location I was at 44 York St. location. It has set for me to go to and on top of that. He was swerving on the highway. Made me feel very uncomfortable and very scared as if he was going to crash! Definitely not what I paid $132 for! I want to feel safe!! Also not helpful that I thought it was going to be a five not an SUV!!

The driver was a nice guy, but the bus was a rattle trap, not very clean, and not well air conditioned. The trip itself was not great. It was advertised as 'express 1.5h' and we didn't arrive in London until 6pm (2.5h). This was a bit of a traffic issue, but also we stopped halfway to pick someone up in Kitchener and lost at least 0.5h. The driver was looking at his phone a lot, and near the end of the trip (last 20 minutes) I thought he was going to fall asleep, making us feel uncomfortable on the busy highway. In the end, we did arrive safely.
