Greyhound Toronto Cincinnati recent customer reviews
I was on the the bus from Toronto to Detroit the bus late 40 mins leaving Toronto and then bus driver over the board got lost several time. So missed my bus to Cincinnati when got to Detroit and the bus driver said good luck and was leaving after making us all miss buses. Then no one was helping us for while, then all 19 people being told going be stuck in Detroit and no one was going to help us. Finally 2 men in baggage looked up buses to get were we wore going. I didn't arrive to Cincinnati till 3:45 am . Almost missed my nephews bday. Outrageous that I was left after the driver did have a clue where he was going and drove around being upset with customer that trying help. Was leaving us in city because he made us late. Disappointed and broken hearted that this was even possible to be left in a bus terminal and have find my own way. Really was just madness and my words don't even represent the horrible/ dreadful experience.
