Riding the buses was great. The drivers were terrific and the busses were in great shape. The Toledo and Cleveland Greyhound stations are grimy. The floors, doors, windows, walls and bathrooms were absolutely filthy. That has been my experience with a couple of other Greyhound stations, as well. It is unfortunate. If the stations were cleaner and in better repair, I would be more likely to consider taking the bus more often.

My bus driver told everyone riding the bus to shut up. In my opinion that is incredibly rude and disrespectful. If she represents the company business I am never riding it again.
