The journey itself was ok, the bus is a little tired and could do with a clean (seats were quite dirty) but was comfortable with plenty of leg room. The bus arrived an hour late and the journey took 6 hours instead of 5 (there was no traffic so I think the journey just takes longer than suggested).

However when i booked it said the bus had wifi and I would receive a snack. I was not given a wifi password and there were no snacks included.

I was a little confused in Retiro station because my bus was scheduled to leave at 2 pm but at 2:15 there was still no news. A helpful lady at the Empresa Argentina desk on the first floor explained to me in good English that the bus was 40’ late and wrote down the details for my journey. Very comfortable seats.
