The bus it was not the premium tipe, the seats and the catering was not the best, even when I pay for a premium trip, the bathroom was dirty also when is a premium trip the bus driver stop to drop some trash and the azafata took a time for a smoke. I am really disappointed. I pay 62€ for a trip in a 30 something € trip. I will like to get some reinvesting, I pay for the premium becuases I took my mother which is 70 plus years old and have some difficulty. I have to write a complaint...

ALSA have great Bus drivers and I travelled on Saturday the 20th July 2019 from San Sabastin to Madrid, and Madrid to Benidorm and I have to say there was a small fair hair lady and she was wonderful she’d do the work of two men, she was driving the 10am Bus from San Sabastin to Madrid on Saturday 20th July 2019. A great Company, I travel with them every year on holiday in Spain.
