The driver was driving at a very high speed and didn't slow down even when we got to rainy towns... the toilet was out of order 😞

It is really a pathetic bus. No customer service at all. No sense of urgency. It arrived late at the Queenstown station by 5 hours and no one communicated this with us. After arriving for pick up in Queenstown after being five hours late we had to wait another 1hour and 30 minutes to wait for the drivers to exact and for the cleaner to quickly sweep the bus. Initially this bus was meant to leave qtn at 1:30pm and arrive in PE at 18:50pm. But it left at approximately 5pm in QTN AND ARRIVED AT 10pm in PE. No one apologised to the clients. Nothing. Drivers just went on like what they did was normal. In fact everyone meant to give out the service. It is sickening to know that there are bus companies that still treat customers like this. We want black excellence but we keep stopping low.
