When we got to Coimbra & had a bus change, my i-phone was without charge. So I couldn’t show my ticket Porto-Peniche. The trainee driver was very rude saying that was entirely my problem. Not being helpful at all. Fortunately the Supervisor volunteered to accompany me to the ticket office where the officer could confirm my ticket via my name & print out a ticket. What an unpleasant experience for me - coming all the way from Norway. Making a passenger feel like a nuisance, and being so disrespectful. The bus driver is working in service industry, no?
