My bus was an hour late however I was in no rush so just sat at a nearby restaurant until the bus arrived. Bus was clean and trip was fast. My only suggestion would be to allow the travellor to take their bus online rather than have to phone the call center (which I add takes over 4min just to get added to the que with all the adverts) to get an ETA should a bus be delayed.
