Bus left the station leaving 13 people behind - the station was closed for hours due to the police and once open the bus just left without giving the opportunity to people to even find where their bus was ….. insane
Many users appreciated the comfortable seating and clean buses, noting that charging ports were available. The staff received positive feedback for their helpfulness and punctuality, with some trips arriving earlier than expected. However, there were concerns about bathroom cleanliness on board and occasional issues with seat allocation numbers not matching those on the bus.
