I had initially booked this specific bus so that I could go with my friend. My stop was Whitby and his was union, but we chose this specific bus and time only to be told that we are going on separate busses (ie. in Ottawa we were supposed to be on the same bus and I get off earlier, but we got placed on 2 separate busses in Ottawa).
