2) Courtesy of driver
3) Comfortable seats
What I didn't enjoy
1) Overhead racks are too narrow
2) Luggage compartment in the bus is too high. One has to really lug one's bags

The bus was as we expected; on time, clean and although the seats are not extremely comfortable, there were empty seats available which allowed at least one of us to move to another seat.
We would give the bus a 5 star, but unfortunately we had a group of 6 very loud and disrespectful passengers sitting in front of us. I didn't see anybody supervising the bus, other than the driver to complain to, so our ride wasn't as nice as it could have been.
