Fifty dollars for a thousand miles. Every bus was punctual, professional, comfortable enough. How do they do it?

The bus I booked from Detroit to Chicago doesn’t longer exist in the schedule, and NO ONE told me. I had to stay in the Detroit Station for an extra 8 hours, and the worse part is that Greyhound knew about this for over two weeks but just never communicated it with me, so it wasn’t an accicent or a usual « sometime the bus it’s just late and there is nothing we can do about it » It was purely lack of communication and respect. And changing my canceled ticket for a new one was an unpleasant experience as well. I’m really dissapointed and I didn’t even arrive to Chicago yet (stll travelling) because of how much everything got delayed. I will need a reimbursementfor mine and the ticket of my friend who was with me the whole time and suffered the same experience.

Une partie du personnel s'est montré très impolie. Surtout entre Syracuse et Cleveland. De plus la nuit dans le bus était difficile j'ai mal dormi. Il faudrait peut être ses rideaux.
