Eurolines Madrid London recent customer reviews
Bus broke down outside of Madrid. Driver didn't inform us what was happening as we waited for 2 hours.
Then from Paris, driver argued with customers making other passengers uncomfortable and the USB ports did not work.
The air conditioning on both busses did not work.
But we did arrive on time

It was a good trip. My only problem was that none of the charging points ever seem to work. This is a major convenience when you're on a bus for a long time. I think the whole bus wasn't working this time but occasionally it's just the odd one or two - always where I'm sitting it seems.
Based on 10781 reviews, the company was rated 3.7 stars on Busbud. Travelers were especially satisfied with the ticket access and the staff but often complained with the wifi. BlaBlaCar Bus ticket prices on this trip start at $138
