I was due to travel from Lyon Airport to Grenoble on the BlaBlaBus 7057 line at 15:00 on 18th May 2022. After receiving an email at 15:04 advising that the bus was delayed, I was forced to wait in the extreme heat outside until the bus arrived at 16:05, whether this was the same bus or a replacement i do not know, as it picked us up from a different stop. I could not go back into the airport as I was not informed when the bus would arrive, and thus could not risk missing it.

Awesome service. Smooth driving. Easy to find the bus despite airport road work. I had a reserved seat for a later bus, but as I was ahead of my schedule the driver checked his computer and was able to change my reservation on the spot and I was allowed to go on the bus. I arrived at my final destination one hour earlier. Many thanks. Online reservation across the planet is also a breeze. Keep up the good work.
