At the arrival in Southampton, there was very little space between the bus and the fence, making it very difficult for people to get their luggage with everybody again pushing and shoving. There was very little room to walk and pull a suitcase between the people lined up to get onto the bus.

However, our driver managed to get everyone on board and magically made all the luggage fit in the bus. It was a calm and pleasant drive once we got moving. We can’t complain. We got to our destination safely. Very grateful.

We went to kiosk and bought added luggage. Gentleman highlighted the “bus 205” notation on our ticket and said to look for this bus. We kept looking till an hour past our scheduled departure time , but no bus 205. We finally asked a Bus 032 driver to Southampton and he said there was no longer a 205 bus. He was nice enough to let us take his bus to SH. We weren’t told in advance or at the kiosk that there was no longer a 205 bus, that our ticket identified
