Very disappointed with the televised schedule/time table and identifying where our bus was supposed to have been parked. We almost missed our bus waiting at the slot the televised schedule told us to wait at. There is no staff in the area to help. In Lerma the cashier at the bus stop (which was really just a cafeteria and store) had the wrong information on her paperwork from the bus company and again we almost missed our bus. The bus driver of the bus we were told was our bus and it was not, rushed us off and closed his doors and took off. Not even trying to assist us with pointing to the correct bus. Two busses had MADRID in their windows so how were we to know? Numbers, locations and scheduling is less than organized. Many busses had no bus numbers on their bus. One bus driver opened only one side of the bus for luggage and sat in the bus. We had to demand he open the storage area our luggage was in. He appeared less than happy that he had to get up and unlock the area our luggage was in. We were not the only people unable to get our luggage due to his behavior. I was not impressed with the service.
