The bus arrived 2 hours late into Vancouver on Sat. Bringing my Grandson and Daughter to Kelowna it cost $126.28 Sending them home same route it cost over $200. I think I would drive to get them next time.

My overall experience with Ebus was almost 5 stars. The two bus drivers that we encountered were friendly, well presented and smooth and safe drivers. The bus was very clean and well equipped.
They lost a star because there was no toilet paper in the washroom - an essential item for this service. (Perhaps the driver could top up at every stop or there could be two or more toilet paper holders.)
Passengers generally appreciated the courteous and professional staff, noting that drivers were especially skilled in challenging weather conditions. The buses were often on time, clean, and comfortable with friendly service throughout the journey. However, some reviews mentioned minor issues such as broken amenities like Wi-Fi or vending machines and occasional delays due to traffic or weather conditions.
