Bus Tickets from Johannesburg to Kokstad

The bus was very late ..no updates no nothing,I waited for 2 long hours

I enjoyed nothing, there's no time management. The bus ended up leaving at 20h00 instead of 18h45, the worse happened.. The bus had a breakdown along the way, we had to wait for a new bus coming from Johannesburg. My ticket said I will arrive 03h45 Am at kokstard but I arrived at 09h00. Eagle liner please improve your services

The bus was full people had no seats and lot of towns were in one place. Very bad experience

Dislike: 1. Bus traveled from Montrose to Kokstad without stopping, humans need to relieve themselves after all.

You overbooked, the bus was full. We ended up on brown bus that I did not booked, I paid for 3 seat only to get two seats, intercape needs to do something. I love your buses I have been a costumer for a very long time but sometimes you fail us.

Bus got burned the air conditioner pipes busted lot of water came out one of the passengers got burned and the drivers were rude they couldn't even give us an update and we were three hours late.

I have still not received my cancelation refund,Even though I have paid cancelation fee,and followed the relevant procedure,as per your policy

I didn't enjoy at all due to the very coldness in the bus and driver was arrogant

The big tree broke down twice. I booked an 8pm bus that was suppose to be in Kokstad by 5 but it broke down then i was home around 1

There was a window that didn’t close the whole journey, the drivers were switching on the heater too high, or either too cold a complete imbalance and not ticking to departure time

I bought intercity tickets for my trip but I ended up using eagle liner and no communication was sent to me that they is a change and I strongly believe prices are not the same

Bus was on time, it was clean and staff were friendly. The toilet did strongly smell of urine

I didn’t even travel with the bus departed at 7pm earlier ,instead of correct time of 8 pm

The drivers were very friendly and disciplined. But I always have the issue with the bathroom 🚻 because people do number 2 and it becomes a problem for people sitting at back. If it can be announced before the departure. I also saw the cockroaches 🪳 in the bus, some seats charging points were not working.

Greyhound staff and management could y'all please prioritize time! Time is money and time is very important.

The attitude of the driver was worse than anything I've seen before. He passed Kokstad and went straight to Matatiele without any word. Despite people requesting to get off, he continued without any response. Upon coming back, he passes Kokstad again and went to Engine garage to fill up the bus. When we requested to get off he refused and said he will only stop at Mt Curry Inn. This is two hours later, when we passed Kokstad the 1st time it was 03h00 and we only got off at 05h10. Please assist with corrective measures

It was very comfortable and the drivers was driving safe,next time iwill book it again 👏
