New continuous music is irritating because everyone has different taste in music. Apparently the drivers wanted this so why not limit the sound to where they are. Removal of Wifi also scores badly with me because most people when travelling in a different country do not have constant access to internet. Italians probably do. Also one of the black black staff said it was broken and the other told me the truth.
