I was the only passenger on the last leg of the trip. This was my first trip to both Ljubljana (gorgeous Slovenia) and Venice (though had been to other parts of Italy previously by train). The driver was courteous, kind and friendly. Much appreciated.

Bus driver seemed distressed and slightly agressive and the minibus broke down halfway, so we had to wait for a long time on the side of the road until another bus had to make a detour to pick us up, then we had to go to the new bus’ destination and finally to Pula, luckily we didn’t have somewhere to be but those on the new bus seemed fairly irritated

I purchased two tickets online and one of them scanned as "invalid" when were entering the bus, causing a very heating and lengthy discussion before we were finally allowed to board. Un unforgettable experience indeed, just not in the way I hoped.
