Usually have a great experience when I bus but on the way back to Calgary from Edmonton was horrible. No air conditioning in a packed bus, the bus driver pulled over on the side of the highway which is vey dangerous and made other passengers nervous. One of the other passengers was actually on the phone with the drivers manager.
