Everything went well except an unmarked Ouibus arrived to take us to Lille. It was not in the Oubus designated area (taken by a Flixbux). We did not know this was our bus until a Ouibus marked bus arrived. We asked the driver of this bus if this was our bus. He said know and directed us to the unmarked bus. Without this help (which was by luck) we would have missed our bus which left after 2 minutes. There needs to be more signage or if the bus is not in the appropriate stop, the driver should call out to passengers so they know where to go.
