The journey was far too long without a break. The floor of the toilet on the coach was swimming with water and pee, the toilet itself was unclean, so i couldn't use it

Absolute nightmare coach abandoned us in Wolverhampton taking our baggage with it we where put on another coach to London our bags didn’t follow we where left standing in the same clothes for three days in London had to replace everything buy new clothes toiletries the lot of which national express will be getting the bill! Coach takes a break tells us to be 15 minutes we come back in 12 minutes and it’s gone! Not only is it gone but there is another coach where are coach was and the coach driver told us he’s been there a few minutes! Complete and utter incompetence and ruined our break away because we spent two days hunting for clothes shops etc out of our 3 day break!

Terrible it was an hour late then when I got off at London my suitcase was lost, the driver wasn't helpful at all, he said theres nothing I can do about it its disappeared, no help at all, so I had nothing all weekend as all my clothes and everything was in my case.
