Bus broke down on the way several times. Driver continued to move on after eventually we continued from Dupnitza to Sofia with another regular bus. To the Company Union Ivkoni: have replacement buses available at all times and drivers should communicate better with their passengers.

i had seat 44. so quite far back. the whole journey there was a lot of noise. there were several metal bars hitting the bus floor from below. it was just awful.
maybe the buses should be checked regularly and then repaired. the journey from bansko to sofia was an imposition. this is also very important for the passengers and for driving safety. or is it not necessary to take this so seriously in bulgaria? i don't know the regulations. sorry, i'm german.
