Our tickets explicitly stated that we needed only a reference number and ID; he insisted we needed paper tickets and caused a delay by demanding that we print them off. Furthermore, he incorrectly stated that one of our full sized suitcases would fit in the very small overhead bin and wasted several minutes arguing and refusing to open the undercarriage. After all of this, he had the audacity to chide us for causing the delays that were clearly his fault. Overall, we found his demands unreasonable and his demeanor unacceptable. He also came to serval abrupt and erratic stops causing everyone to slam into the seats ahead of us.
