I will know if I make this trip again. What was not clear before I set off were: the journey is with two separate buses, that when the driver stops at the train station to pick passengers up he asks for passengers to Benidorm. When I said “Valencia “ , he replied “Benidorm” I said “ no, Valencia” to which he replied “Benidorm “ Only then did it dawn on me that I should show him my e ticket and he said “OK jump on board” A pure misunderstanding. Nice journey.

The bus departed and arrived on time, even a few minutes before scheduled arrival time. The driver was very helpful. The bus a bit run down, no power in power outlets, dirty windows, but overall a very good experience nevertheless, especially that the price was low (I booked early)

The time wasn't a problem. I actually got on an earlier bus from Alicante so was there well before bus to Valencia. Tbe bus from Alicante to Benidorm was old and worn out. Not near the status of other buses. No power for phones, seats were worn and torn as well as miss matched.
(I was unaware of when I bought the ticket that I had to transfer). Did arrive in Valencia on time. Still very happy with company after 5 trips around Spain in last 2 weeks.
