ALSA - COMES Algeciras Cadiz recent customer reviews
The bus was fine once I boarded . There were no visual information stating at which platform the bus departed from and staff to direct customers to their bus. No clear announcements in Spanish regarding which stop we were at. Even the Spanish didn't know where to get off.

The bus trip from Algeciras to Cadiz was fine. No problems at all. The problem was with the Comes bus from La Linea to Algeciras. That was a nightmare! The ticket officer sold me a ticket with only 10 seconds to get on the bus that was already pulling out. Needless to say, I missed that one despite the ticket officer waving frantically at the bus to stop. That was OK. I was not in any hurry and there is a bus every 15 minutes to Algeciras. The next bus arrived, but the driver wouldn't allow me to travel because my ticket was for 15 minutes earlier. So, back to the ticket office again so that the ticket officer could remedy the situation. That done, but it must be noted that the ticket officer told the driver that I had missed my previous bus! Lying git!
Users report a positive experience with the bus service, highlighting the friendly driver and clean conditions. The trip was efficient, ensuring passengers were settled before departure. Overall punctuality is noted as well, contributing to an enjoyable journey for travelers.
