The driver guided me to the wrong bus which cost me a ticket change "for free" but a 12 hrs delay plus it cost me to spend a night in the street as I was supposed to arrive to Beckley at 8:00 am on July 27th to attend an event at 9:00 am but due to the 12 hrs delay i had to change my event ticket till the next day July 28th which cost $55 plus that i spent the whole night in the dark, cold street since the bus arrived at beckley at 8:00 pm on July 27th and the event I was supposed to attend after changing the ticket was at 9:00 am on July 28th and since the intention wasn't to spend the night in beckley so i didn't book a hotel room before arriving and when i arrived it appeared that all the hotels are already booked. Now the whole consequences due to the driver's mistake as guiding me to the wrong bus even though she saw my ticket at the boarding in the original station and at the station i should've transferred at. This problem happened to me and to another 2 passengers who had the same mistake by the driver. Also in the return trip the bus arrived to our boarding station (Beckley) half an hour late.
