The service from Tarragona to Barcelona was perfect, driver courteous, bus excellent and bang on time. However the journey back was strenuous. The driver of the bus turned us away twice from the bus , stating it was a different bus. When information services then advised it was the right bus, then he miraculously found us on the schedule. Then her refused to let us board without our passports , electronic copies were not acceptable. Again information services intervened and we were allowed on. Nobody else was asked for passports- nobody . As we sat on the bus, He continued to rue. turn many ppl away to the other bus whom them went through the same circle of frustration before being found and let on. On the journey , he jogged the middle lane, horned and abused those forced to undertake him and clipped the wing mirror on the toll station. We are still onboard and hope to get safely to Tarragona, I am sending this now in case we do not make it. Unfortunately I can not attach the drivers photo but in case of my death and phone is recoverable , it will be the last photo taken
