Bus was late leaving Stansted. Driver then had an argument with controller and had to return to pick up 4 passengers who had arrived at the gate late.

I flew in from South Africa to be met by an elderly lady I hardly knew. I was to stay the night with her and collect a car the next day. My phones battery had died so I had no way of communicating the lateness of the bus. When I eventually arrived at the destination there was no one there. Not a sole. I waited but realised there was no office even for her to ask if the bus had come or gone. Being a pensioner myself I did not need to spend the £25 extra on a taxi to take me to Hepworth which I had to do. On getting to Hepworth the lady told me she had waited half an hour and assumed SHE had missed the bus so left as there was no sign of me. This was totally unacceptable Regards Vickie Rowlands
