My bus was delayed- yes I received a e mail that it would be delayed - as well the delay was mentioned when I came to the stop and got my luggage tags Originally I was told about20 minutes. The delay was almost 60 min I would have appreciated knowing the delay was to be longer than the 20 minutes
Once the bus was at the terminal - the passengers and luggage all loaded - the bus didn’t promptly leave The rest of my trip was good We were scheduled to arrive at 11:30 pm and we arrived at almost 12:30am There were cabs at the stop ( that was very nice)

Excellent driver in blowing snow. The bus had heater problems. The windows frosted over and the heater screeched when turned on. The service was excellent at the 22nd street depot

It was mediocre. The bus got way to warm during the drive and there was no way to cool down. There was also someone spraying some kind of aerosol throughout the trip and it made the whole bus smell. I am allergic to scents, so it was not a great experience.
I also did not like that the bus now leaves so late and there are no morning trips to Regina.

The bus was on time leaving and arriving. There were no delays en route, even though there had been a ton of snow the day before. I was notified that it would be a non logo bus, which was fine. I have a data plan so the lack of wifi didnt effect me...but may have been an issue for others. I would totally use flixbus again.
