My experience with ACN was unfortunately very disappointing. I arrived at the boarding location well before the scheduled departure time, but the bus never arrived, and there was no communication from the operator about any delay or cancellation. Because of this, I was unable to travel as planned and had to make last-minute alternative arrangements at my own expense. There was nothing I enjoyed about the service, as the trip I paid for did not take place. I would strongly recommend that ACN improve their communication and reliability, and ensure that customers are promptly refunded when services are not delivered.
