Positive : The bus was on time and the driving was smooth!
It's really convenient not having to print the ticket.
Negative : I didn't realise while booking that there was 2 rows of 2 seats so it was a little bit tight but OK. The AC was too strong/cold for me, I was happy having an extra jacket with me

Someone (maybe the drivers) was smoking cigarettes on the bus and it was a terrible experience. The drivers didn't enforce the no smoking policy.

Comfortable seats for sleeping, which was the main requirement getting to our destination. As with all overnight buses the aircon is so cold. I had a blanket but my boyfriend didn’t and we were not seated together. Snackbox provided but it was dry biscuits. No coffee but given a sugar and creamer!?
