35 Minuten Delay in Richmond- no announcement. Not on the Display. The driver would Not accept our webtickets, which were accepted at the check in counter. Boarding at another Gate as shown on the Display. Horrible für tourists as we are.

Bys was delayed 45 min at Richmond and bus driver very unprofessional, she eating meals while driving and snacks that distracted her driving then using both hands to transfer ice from one cup to another. Bus needed air fresheners also.
