In general was very good but I found the seats uncomfortable for first class. No recline chair for around three hours makes it difficult. Also for the amount that was paid the bus was so normal

I missed the bus as it did not show that it stopped at Malaga and only gave the final destination. Help from the information desk was also partially correct

Very with recliners in front. Bus stopped for 20mins to change driver but ordered everyone off the bus. This was at 3.20am and i don't why we stay in our seats.

My Seat Number was 61and already in Madrid I Make a claim that Seat belt was not in condition.
Due to the timetable it could be fixed only stop place near Cordoba.
The chauffer however showed me another place but it was impossible to sit there because that Seat could not be fixed to rest position and passengers in front of me used the maximum rest position.
So I travelled without Seat belt untill Cordoba.

This was one of the worst bus experiences I’ve ever had. The bus was not as advertised. The WiFi didn’t work for over half the trip, the tray table was broken, the tv didn’t work, the seats were not even close to spacious. I am 5’4” and my knees touched the chair in front of me. People were literally yelling on the bus for hours and no effort was made to stop them.

Decent bus service but nothing special. Not great for night busses as it is just regular tourist coaches. Wifi didn’t work and aircon was so and so. Got a little humid and smelly.

Internetscreen and Powersuply did not work for me and also not on many other units.
