Good value for money, and reasonably comfortable seating. However, the journey out of London takes too long, made me feel travel sick with the excessive stops at traffic lights and stop, starts, rapid acceleration and deceleration. In addition, WiFi was non existent. I sat at the back, next to the toilet, and for three hours, around ten times had to inform other passengers using the toilet whether it was occupied, and how to open the door: there was no sign to show occupancy as the lock didn't work, also no sign how to open the door, so I was the unofficial toilet official which was rather irritating.
