I bought a direct ticket from Hartford to Worcester (4:15-5:25) and then was rudely ushered to a bus to Springfield and told to get on if I wanted to go to Worcester (myself and two other individuals). We attempted to clarify with the driver if we would be taken to Worcester and he was extremely rude and aggressive and refused to answer our questions. Instead of a direct route, we were taken to Springfield and then had to wait while the rude driver attempted to find out where our bus to Worcester was. He didn't even collect my ticket in Hartford - and the driver in Springfield questioned the ticket as it said Hartford-Worcester, not Springfield. I arrived in Worcester at 6:10. The driver to Worcester was kind an apologetic - but the driver to Springfield was very rude.

Driver pulled over on the side of the highway for maybe 3 minutes with worried us all some no explanation and I don't know if he was texting but it seemed like a very weavie start for the first 20 miles

I got on a bus that said it was leaving to worcester. The bus was supposed to stop at worcester on its way to boston. It never made that stop. I ended up getting home at 2 am bc i was stranded in boston.
