In fact my bus was cancelled. I found it when I went to NE office in Gatwick to ask there is the bus stop. The company did not inform me in advance. There was nice guy in the office, he directed me into another bus, which picked me up from Gatwick to Heathrow airport. Then another bus delivered me into High Wycombe. Office-guy was very friendly and quick. Assistant-guy at Heathrow was unfriendly and not polite. I was forced to ask him several times to help and even to prompt him the solution, only after that he put me into the bus to High Wycombe. We were four passengers from the same cancelled bus with the same issue, and for all of us that guy behaved the same.
