Bus was 24 minutes late and we had no notice. Bus driver was incredibly rude and temperamental when we asked for our 15 minute break at grasslands and he told us to get off the bus if we wanted a cigarette

Shell in Fort McMurray didn't let us in the store we were freezing waiting for the bus the lady that worked there should be fired she let us freeze and we could not pee before we got on the bus and the driver had to stop on the side of the road to let a lady pee before she pee her self thank god

They were were suppose to be there at 7:45 for 8:00 departure and they didn’t show up till 8:45 and didn’t let any of the customers know by email or by phone call/text that the bus was running extremely late and it was still on its way I had to stand outside in -5 with wind so it was cold in the middle of downtown Fort Mac
