Comfy journey, lovely staff who were kind, helpful and good sense of humour to boot.
The bus was late but probably due to rail strike meaning more traffic.
Overall very pleased with the service. I took the bus because my train was cancelled. Now I would definitely consider taking rhe bus instead of the train now I can see how comfy it is and the value for money.
