Will never ride Greyhound to El Paso again- I have Tornado Bus Lines! Clean, efficient, and safe. I wish I had tried them three years ago when my daughters started at UTEP. Now I can rest easy commuting my girls from Dallas tonEl Paso.

Not pleasant at all!! I bought a ticket from tornados at 830pm, the bus driver didn't let me board cause I had to have the ticket printed out. So I bought another ticket from greyhound that was supposed to leave at 1230.

They did not announce the bus was leaving and my bus left. I tried getting help and they laughed at me. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. If I could leave less that a star I would.

Bus was clean and on time. Charging ports were nice but the advertised WiFi was near unusable. Enforcement in the rules of no taking off shoes , spraying perfume and having music on speakerphone would have been nice

The staff needs to be trained. Very unprofessional. The bus not clean. More tansie t people on the bus. It was. Dry disturbing. The bus station and bus reaked an awful smell.
