The driver performed well, but their demeanor and temper were not pleasant or helpful. Additionally, for my trip from Orlando to Tallahassee, the front desk attendant charged me double because I had not purchased the ticket online.

It was barely worth the price. I expected a helluva lot more from RedCoach's reputation. I couldn't enjoy the business class seat at all because RedCoach concluded that my age range should have me seated next to the smelly toilet. I'm not a person that needs to "run to a bathroom" on a road trip. I was also smashed up against a College Student when there were plenty of other available seats all over the bus. I tried every which way to get the foot/legrest to work but it wasn't operable, and the upper part of the seat wouldn't adjust, either, even though there was about inches of clearance between the seat and the back of the bus on the 5 hour trip. I was absolutely worn out by the time I got to my destination.

Awful, one stop trip transformed into 3 different bus changes in which my personal stuff was lost and 8 hour stop turned into 15 hour, the bus driver was not even the company’s hire
