Neobus receives praise for its clean and comfortable buses, with several reviews highlighting the excellent service from drivers and crew. However, there are concerns about punctuality as some users reported late departures. Additionally, a few customers experienced issues with driver politeness and found the bus temperature uncomfortably high during their journey.

It wasn't a direct bus but it didnt say that anywhere so I was shocked awake in the middle of then night to change busses. Also, there was no wifi on either bus

Awful bought tickets from airport to przemysl , they checked out tickets took us on board - never went to przemysl and dumped us of in the dark and snow , no duty of care nothing. Missed our train and cost us hundreds of pounds- never again ,,😡

I bought a direct ticket from Krakow Airport to Przemyśl and the ticket did not indicate that it was a flight with a transfer. In addition, when I got on the bus, the driver did not say anything about the transfer. I dozed off because I was sure that my destination station was the final one. But when I woke up from the driver's words that we had arrived at the final station, it turned out that it was not Przemyśl, but another city. When I asked why this happened, why the bus did not arrive in Przemyśl, the driver replied that there was a transfer to another bus to Przemyśl. Why the driver did not warn me about this in advance, I do not know?! I had to get to Przemyśl on my own, from where I had a train to Kyiv.
